Endive with Goats Cheese,
Walnuts and Honey



2 heads of endive
8 ounces soft goats cheese
3 Tbps chopped walnuts
Honey
Separate the endive leaves. Arrange the larger leaves on a serving plate. Spoon a teaspoon of goats cheese on each leaf, sprinkle with walnuts and drizzles with honey.
Approximately 8 servings
