Crab and Coconut Dip




1/3 cup well-stirred canned unsweetened coconut milk
3 green onions, chopped
1 tsp chopped jalapeno pepper, including seeds
1/2 cup chopped cilantro (divided)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1 pound crab meat, picked over to remove shells
Salt

Combine coconut milk, green onions, jalapeno and 1/4 cup cilantro in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl

Whisk in the mayonnaise, lime juice and remaining cilantro until just combined. Stir in the crab and salt to taste.
