Chili



4 Pounds extra lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cans tomatoes, chopped
2 TBL chili powder
2 tsp cumin powder
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

Coat a stock pot or large saucepan with olive oil. Brown the meat with the onions and garlic Add tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin and simmer uncovered for one hour. Top with cheddar cheese.
