I didn't write any tssting notes on this wine, but it is interesting to note that this was the only organic wine in the tasting.

The nose on this wine reminded some of us of Wrigleys Spearmint gum. This was a pleasant quality. In the mouth - raspberries and fresh mint.

This had a vegetal nose early on, which mellowed after a bit. Rich flavors with chocolate and anise in the begining. It faded after a bit.
