This wine started out to be a bit herbal. I detected a green olive quality to it.

This was the darkest of the wines. It had a huge raspberry nose with hints of chocolate. Almost port-like in flavor.

Earthy in the begining, hints of mushrooms. After it sat for awhile, it had hints of cherries.
